Threshold welcomes all feedback, article queries, and submissions. This might include essays, interviews, poetry, music reviews, blog entries, creative writing, biopics, personal narratives, song recordings, artwork, letters, vlogs, photos, editorials, book reviews – we’re open to just about anything that can be published online. Surprise us!
Please e-mail submissions and article pitches using “Threshold Submission” in the subject line. We prefer electronic manuscripts to be typed, single-spaced, and accompanied by a short bio telling us a little about yourself. Threshold articles typically do not run longer than one page. If you would like to publish any media alongside your article, please include this with your e-mail.
Before submitting, we recommend familiarizing yourself with Threshold’s articles, and publication features. All submissions must be the original work of the author or artist; Threshold reserves the right to make editorial changes for purposes of clarity. After submission, we will do our best to promptly review all material and reply to you via e-mail. Please note that Threshold will reject any offensive or questionable content that does not align with our ministry objectives.
Submissions should be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org. For any other inquiries or requests, please e-mail us at this address.
Threshold and You
We appreciate the artist and writer as much as we do the reader. Here at the Threshold, we support fresh voices, innovative topics, and diversity of content. But we also gently remind both readers and contributors of Moses’ declaration to the people of Israel:
“Give ear, O heavens, and I will speak,
and let the earth hear the words of my mouth.
2 May my teaching drop as the rain,
my speech distill as the dew,
like gentle rain upon the tender grass,
and like showers upon the herb.
3 For I will proclaim the name of the Lord;
ascribe greatness to our God!
Meet you at the Threshold.
